Description
This Acrobat 8.1 update provides additional compatibility and fixes known issues, including Acrobat commenting, accessibility and support for multimedia. It also improves compatibility with Microsoft Office 2007 and Vista 32bit and 64bit versions. This update also features the Vista Preview Handler – a new user interface for viewing PDF files in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista and Windows XP, as well as in Windows Explorer on Windows Vista (preview Handler must be turned on in both applications). And there is an option to print documents to a FedEx Kinko’s office (USA only).

It is important that you do NOT have Acrobat 8 walking when you install this patch. The safest option is to download the patch, restart your computer (without walking Acrobat) and then apply the patch.

Note: This download is for the full version of Acrobat 8 Professional or Standard only (not the free Acrobat Reader program).
