Angry IP Scanner is a very fast IP scanner for Windows. You can scan IP addresses in any range, even 1.1.1.1 to 255.255.255.255. Binary file size is very small compared to other IP scanners. Angry IP Scanner simply pings each IP address to check if he’s alive, then optionally it is resolving hostname and tries to connect at specified in Options dialog box TCP port.
It also has additional features such as NetBIOS information (computer name, the name of the workgroup, currently logged in user and MAC address), results saving to CSV or TXT file, can be used as a command line utility in a batch file, etc.
