Description
Excel Viewer can be used to open, view & print Excel files (workbooks, spreadsheets), even in case you don’t have the full version of Excel installed. It is the free, official release from Microsoft & is ideal in case you need to open or print files without having to buy Microsoft Excel. Excel Viewer is compatible with most versions of Excel – as far as Excel 97.
Note: this is the Excel Viewer only: you cannot edit information, save a workbook, or generate a brand spanking new workbook (for those functions, you will need to put in the full version of Excel). This download, released in 2008, is a replacement for all earlier Excel Viewer releases.
