Description
Excel Viewer can be used to open, view and print Excel files (workbooks, spreadsheets), even in the event you don’t have the full version of Excel installed. It is the free, official release from Microsoft and is ideal in the event you require to open or print files without having to buy Microsoft Excel. Excel Viewer is compatible with most versions of Excel – as far as Excel 97.
Note: this is the Excel Viewer only: you cannot edit information, save a workbook, or generate a brand spanking new workbook (for those functions, you will require to put in the full version of Excel). This download, released in 2008, is a replacement for all earlier Excel Viewer releases.
