This is the last updated driver for the Intel 740 Graphics Card (sometimes called the i740 card). It will work under Window 95 & 98 & was last updated by Intel in 1999. Intel state the 740 driver for Windows XP is on the XP installation CD, but it could be a small tricky finding its exact location.
