This patch for Medal of Honor Spearhead 2 expansion pack to fix most errors (many are from the previous update). It only runs on the retail version of Medal of Honor Spearhead Expansion Pack 2, the version has been patched to be used 2:11 (2 to 2,11 Download the patch here.). Features:
