This latest patch for Sid Meier’s Pirates is only for the full game (not the demo). It will update the game to 1.02. It includes the following improvements and bug fixes.
Privateer crash where they have a sick house and could not get back.
Return NumLock state as before the game.
Montalban map inaccessible by arrows.
“Guy Terminator” character players on Intel graphics chipsets.
The team will not be seen swinging from ropes in dueling when eliminated.
Treasure Play lists 1000 less gold.
With rank, no bonus is displayed in the status bar.
Shirt color wrong in promoting replays.
Just because it annoys me, all occurrences of “treasurer” in log.cpp to “Treasure” has been changed
Barmaid – men in the settlement.
Load / Save button in port after loading arrival save enabled.
Landmarks can disappear when two maps share same.
Treasure map – no X.
You can still view treasure map after retrieving treasure but before returning to the ship.
Wrong ordinals for PC in ten pirates list and the top of the screen for retirement.
Landmarks spawn under cities / not visible.
Leaving Panama / Gran Granada jail leaves player stuck.
Can not reassign left and right for NAV (keymap.ini). Seabattle or for that matter.
The player can walk on the right edge of the map when on land.
In case of loss relative mission and Montalban mission both enabled and you’re done on the mission, the Montalban mission button is not visible in the menu.
Bartender is an upgrade to the shipbuilder.
The reefs damaged the ship players in SB.
