This latest patch for Silent Hunter four includes bug fixes and enhancements. It can be applied only to the retail version of Silent Hunter four (and not the downloaded version – only download this update in case you bought Silent Hunter four on disc). Importantly, Ubi Soft advise that: ‘the new patch modifies game information and in this cases the saves that are made while in missions won’t work properly. They highly recommend before installing this patch that “all the Captains ought to returned to bases” or to load a earlier in base save (after install) in order to keep away from eventual issues. The update also features over 100 bug fixes, adjustments to ship and campaign information.
