About
Windows Film Maker Live lets you generate movies and slide shows from your pics and videos, and share them with others. On top of video editing, it features an improved set of video tools, slide show creation and web publishing options.
This is the whole standalone version of Windows Film Maker Live. All files are downloaded in one single package ( than an active download). The advantage of this technique is that you can back up the installation file for future use, transfer it to other computers ( for those PCs with a limited connection) or avoid issues associated with interrupted downloads. The slight disadvantage is that the download can sometimes be larger than the single active download.
Notes: the full standalone package of Film Maker Live also includes options to put in other Live programs such as Messenger, Live Mail, Writer and Picture Gallery. This version of Film Maker won’t run Windows XP. The file will download directly from Microsoft’s servers.
