Description:
Windows Vista 64-bit Service Pack 2 (also called Vista SP2) fixes a range of bugs in Windows Vista discovered since the release of Vista Service Pack 1. The download will grant enhanced security measures that will improve Vista’s defences against viruses, worms and hackers, along with increased stability and, fingers crossed, an improved experience for users.

Windows Vista 64-bit and Server 2008 Service Pack 2 is a big download and can be applied to any 64-bit version of Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, provided Service Pack 1 has already been installed. You can download SP2, burn it to disk and use it on multiple PCs.

This is the final version released in May 2009.
Service Pack 1 is a pre-requisite for installing Service Pack 2.
This service pack can also be applied to Windows Server 2008 (The operating systems already shipped with Service Pack 1)
